When the website enquiry form is enabled, it asks for your topic, name, email address, optional company name and message. The website sends the enquiry by email to ZERAI TECH; it is not designed to save the form contents in the WordPress database. Your email address is used as the reply-to address. Short-lived, pseudonymous anti-abuse and duplicate-prevention tokens may be used without storing the message text. Please avoid sending sensitive or confidential material until an appropriate channel and, where needed, a confidentiality agreement have been arranged.

- If the enquiry form is enabled, its anti-abuse and duplicate-prevention tokens are designed to expire within 10 minutes and do not contain the message text.
- Cookie preference records are retained according to the active consent-tool configuration or until reset.
We delete, destroy or anonymise personal data when it is no longer reasonably required. Specific operational retention periods remain subject to company review and the settings actually used in production.
