Our Brand
ZERAI brings together Zero’s low-carbon vision, Ray’s light and AI’s intelligence. Grounded in energy, we pursue greater efficiency and sustainability through professional judgment, technology and collaboration.
Our Chinese name, 承睿科技 (Cheng Rui Technology), conveys responsibility and wisdom. The blue geometric Z uses a simple form and forward-reaching lines to express professionalism, connection and steady progress.

Our Businesses
Energy connects our four businesses: natural gas and biomethane link resources to users; industrial energy supplies production cooling, heat and power; electrification brings electricity to equipment and worksites.
Biomethane Development
With the oil palm value chain as a starting point, we develop EFB and other feedstock pathways: supply, pretreatment, AD, upgrading and delivery, alongside production configurations and product markets.
Industrial Energy & Efficiency
For industrial facilities and parks, we develop cooling, heat and power solutions using gas turbines, biomass, CCHP, industrial heat pumps and waste heat recovery, linked to storage, distributed energy and microgrids.
Equipment Electrification
We develop electric construction and agricultural machinery and diesel-to-electric retrofits, covering drives, controls, machine integration, cable power, mobile storage/charging, traction batteries and worksite charging.

Our Team
Jin Peng
Founder & CEO
Jin Peng has 18 years in energy, grounded in natural gas. His experience spans engineering management, project investment planning, industrial efficiency and cross-border development, covering early-stage assessment, solution development, technical-commercial coordination and the transition to engineering execution.
He combines technical and commercial judgment across technology choices, investment conditions, site requirements and partnerships, with experience in integrated project assessment, cross-border commercial negotiations and multi-party coordination.
Jimmy Goh
Senior Advisor
Jimmy Goh has 24 years with US multinationals, including Marketing Director at NCR, Managing Director at Unisys and Regional Managing Director at Anixter. His experience covers business operations, market development and cross-regional management.
He founded SFI Solutions (M), implementing Malaysia's national debit card network and Touch ’n Go reload/payment network, alongside energy efficiency and waste-to-energy project implementation and management. He holds an honours degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malaya, combining engineering, business management and project implementation experience.
